An official letter-of-acceptance that confirms that your paper has been accepted and reaffirms the expectation that you will attend the Conference is available for download. The letter can be used for visa and travel support applications. The download is available from PaperPlaza. The procedure for obtaining your acceptance letter is as follows:

For these two nights, the upgraded "Disney view" rooms at the Hilton are still available at an additional $20 per night ($179). If you are interested in a room at the Waldorf Astoria (adjacent to the Hilton), we have negotiated a rate of $179 (+taxes/fees) per night.
